As part of our booking policies, we require all our guests to send a copy of their photo ID on an official document to confirm their reservation. Additionally, we request 50% of the total reservation payment in advance, which can be made through bank transfer, SINPE móvil, or PayPal. This measure is taken to ensure the security and integrity of the reservations. The 50% payment is non-refundable.
